What SafeLoop is for

SafeLoop is a private chat between a parent or guardian and their own child. The parent account is intended for adults who have parental authority or care for the child.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for the pairing links you create. Only share a pairing link with your own child’s device. Unlink a device immediately if it is lost or if you have doubts.

Use

Do not use SafeLoop for unlawful purposes or to harm others. We may block accounts that misuse the service.

Subscriptions

If payments are enabled, you pay per month in advance. A payment extends your subscription by one month. There is no automatic renewal unless explicitly stated.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep SafeLoop available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. SafeLoop is not a replacement for emergency communication: in an emergency always call your local emergency number.
